Blood Pressure

   In 2005, 20.3% of Hispanic Adults over the age of 18 had high blood pressure and only 16% of these have their blood pressure under control ( www.cdc.gov). Clearly, this is something that is relevant to our audience, and must be addressed. To follow up with our first seminar on Diabetes, the Georgia Nurses Association will be presenting our seminar about High Blood Pressure.

   The Georgia Nurses Association will present a seminar on June 26th about Blood Pressure. There will be free blood pressure screenings and information will be presented about how to control your blood pressure.
